This is a non-degree program. It is for seasoned professionals interested in improving their leadership skills through the mutual exchange of knowledge.

The program is limited to these host universities; Washington College of Law, American University,, Cornell University, Emory University, Arizona State University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston University, and Michigan State University. This fellowship program accepts 200 participants every year, and it is open to citizens of countries from specified regions; Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, Middle East, central Asia, and the Caribbean.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

International students are required to pay a $50 acceptance fee, and a deposit of $2,200 to confirm their enrollment. However, this deposit fee can be accessed by the students to pay for certain expenses during their 4-year stay.
